Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for the provision of MineralDB Hosting

  1. The price for the hosting covers you for the first year of hosting. Notice will be given one week before payment is expected for an additional years hosting. If payment is not received within 2 weeks from that date the website will be shutdown and a reminder will be issued. If no payment or contact is received within a further week the website and all of its content will be deleted.
  2. MineralDB will not be held responsible for any backing up or providing any facility to backup or recover data from a customer website. However, reasonable help will be issued to the customer, on a best endeavour basis
  3. Support for customer websites will be provided on a best endeavour basis
  4. No illegal content may be stored on MineralDB hosting and the appropriate authorities will be notified along with closing down of the site.
  5. No pornagraphic content may be stored
  6. No illegal software
  7. No Mp3's
  8. IRC software or services are banned
  9. The following scripts are not permitted to be run under any circumstance:BitchX, bnc, eggdrop, generic-sniffers, guardservices, ircd, psyBNC, ptlink
  10. Unlimited Resources (such as mysql databases) are restricted by the customer's assigned space and bandwidth. Excessive use of these resources will cause your account to be suspended or terminated. A warning will be issued prior to suspension and/or termination. Excessive use is defined as using more then 3% of system resources.
  11. The sending of SPAM Emails or any other message that is advertising or unsolicited is not allowed
  12. Any content that may be offensive or targeted to any individual, corporation, group of people will result in account shutdown.
